Our returns and refunds policy reflects the common EU-U.S. Customers Returns and Refunds Law. Customers can return merchandise within 14 days of delivered product(s) for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping. We’ll help you make a return or make the situation right if you received damaged product(s).

Coffee is a perishable product so we do not accept returns or issue refunds of products that has been already opened. If you have errors, are not happy with the coffee, or received damaged product then please contact us so we can make it right.

This returns and refunds policy is only applicable if you meet certain conditions as follow:

For returning and replacing your product(s):

  1. You bought the products from us by showing the evidence of your invoice attached to the products.
  2. The product(s) is not a discounted product or on sale.
  3. You received your product(s) in damaged condition in example the packaging is torn off but the packaging is still not opened.
  4. You have not opened your products’ packaging.
  5. There is no decreases in weight and is in the same conditions in which you received.
  6. You are willing to ship the product(s) back to us with your own expense.

After we have received your package, we will replace and ship you the new product(s) without any additional cost.

For refunding your product(s):

  1. You bought the products from us by showing the evidence of your invoice attached to the product(s).
  2. Discounted product is eligible to get a refund (we will refund according to the price in the invoice).
  3. You received your product(s) in damaged condition in example the packaging is torn off but the packaging is still not opened.
  4. You have not opened your products’ packaging.
  5. There is no decreases in weight and is in the same conditions in which you received.
  6. You are willing to ship the product(s) back to us with your own expense.
  7. We do not refund the shipping cost occurred during your purchase.

After we have received your packages back, we will fully refund your money based on the invoice excluding the shipping fee.
If you want to refund only some of your items, we will only partially refund based on the price in the invoice of the product(s) you have returned to us.
In general you will receive your money back in less than 24 hours to your account you have specified to us unless there is a problem from the payment gateway, however we will always notify you if there is a problem. Just lay back and relax, a notification will be sent to you by email and SMS after a successful refund.

  1. Please, contact our support or use our form below to discuss and to apply for a return.
  2. Explain your reason why you want to return the product(s) and attach with an image of your damaged product.
  3. If your reason is acceptable, we will accept your return.
  4. You ship the product(s) with all the documents attached to it to our office:

  5. After we have received your package, we will ship new product(s) you wanted to replace without any restocking fees/additional cost (completely free) or we will make a full refund or partial refund of your purchase based on the product you have returned.
  6. You will receive an additional discount for your next purchase to make you smile again. 🙂
