Generally, we ship your orders on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Orders coming in on Monday(s) into Tuesday morning(s) (before 08:00 AM local time (GMT+07:00)) will be shipped out on Tuesday afternoon by 15:00 PM local time (GMT+07:00).
Orders in by Sunday(s) each week will be shipped on Tuesday(s).
However you may request an immediate shipment if you need your orders shipped within 2 x 24 hours, you only need to notify us during the checkout using the Order Notes.
During peak shopping times such as holidays and sales, we may require additional processing and packing time depending on how high our order volume is. We thank you for your patience.
Orders above 100 Kg will take approximately 1-2 weeks to handle the orders because of the long period in delivering the coffees from the farmers to our warehouse.
You may ship to multiple addresses. In order to inform us the details of your shipments, please provide us your detailed information in the “Order Notes” box at the checkout page or send us an email regarding your detailed order at email@example.com.
We ship most packages with Express Mail Service by Indonesian Post and we ship worldwide to almost all countries in the world (refer to our terms and conditions to see if your country is served by us or not). Larger orders or bulk orders are shipped with FedEx or with Ocean Carriers for a cheaper option (however it will take longer to deliver the packages). Please check your email and our tracking page to track your shipment.
Foreign countries may require import documents and charge taxes and/or fees for your order. These documents and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be included with your order. For import regulations and requirements, please consult with the receiving country’s customs office prior to ordering. Shipping companies will normally assist a consignee with small non-commercial shipments. Please note that importing goods for business use may require additional procedures.
When international customers place their first order with us, we will email a reminder that the customer is responsible for any taxes and/or fees for the country. Please respond with a simple “accept” or “agree” or “OK” so we know you understand. Once we get this, we can send your order out.
These estimate delivery times does not reflects the real shipments, the shipments may be sooner or later depend on many factors and we are not responsible for any late shipments caused by the carrier.
After your product(s) has been delivered, you may make a return or refund the product you received. Read our returns and refunds policy if you are eligible.
